On behalf of the Board of Governance, it is our privilege to welcome you to the RUSEL School of Business & Technology (RSBT). Since our establishment in 2003, RSBT has grown into a center of academic distinction, fostering innovation, leadership and global engagement in the fields of business and technology.
Our role as the Board of Governance is to ensure that RSBT upholds the highest standards of academic excellence, ethical leadership and institutional integrity. We provide strategic oversight, policy direction and institutional accountability, ensuring that the university remains mission-driven, financially sound and globally competitive.
We are deeply committed to supporting a culture of excellence, inclusion and continuous improvement. Through strategic planning, academic quality assurance and institutional advancement, the Board works closely with the university’s executive leadership to shape a future-ready institution.

The Board of Governance at RSBT was formally constituted under the institutional charter and operates in accordance with the UK Higher Education Governance Code. The board comprises a blend of academic leaders, industry professionals, legal and financial experts and international advisors. Members are selected based on merit, experience and commitment to educational excellence.
