The Registrar’s Office at the RUSEL School of Business & Technology (RSBT) serves as the central administrative hub for all academic records, student registration, academic policies, compliance, and academic governance. As the official custodian of student academic information and institutional academic regulations, the Registrar’s Office plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, transparent, and ethical functioning of all academic operations.

📘 Rules & Regulations (Registrar Governance)

To maintain academic fairness and institutional consistency, the Registrar’s Office enforces the following key regulations:

  1. Registration Deadlines
    • All students must register within the announced academic schedule. Late registration is subject to approval and a fee.
  2. Credit Load Policy
    • Students must adhere to minimum and maximum course load limits set by their respective program.
  3. Attendance Requirements
    • Minimum 75% attendance is required to be eligible for exams and course completion.
  4. Add/Drop Policy
    • Students may add or drop courses only within the officially declared period each semester.
  5. Grade Appeals & Re-evaluation
    • Grade appeal requests must be submitted within 7 days of result announcement.
  6. Transcript Requests
    • Official transcripts are issued upon written request and are subject to verification and clearance of dues.
  7. Academic Misconduct
    • Plagiarism, cheating, and data falsification are subject to strict disciplinary action.
  8. Graduation Eligibility
    • Graduation is contingent upon successful completion of all academic requirements and clearance of fees.
