Four four-hour sessions across two weekends - producing a decision-ready reform-and-leadership plan for a real national priority.
Strategic Leadership & Public Value
The role of the senior official; setting direction and priorities; creating public value and the authorising environment; strategic judgement, decision-making and leading in complexity and ambiguity.
Reform Delivery & Execution
From strategy to delivery; delivery units, routines and the science of delivery; goals, trajectories and data; unblocking implementation; driving performance and accountability across the institution.
Leading People, Culture & Change
Leading teams and building institutional capability; shaping culture and values; change leadership and transformation; motivation, talent and succession; leading across silos and generations.
Stakeholders, Ethics & Personal Leadership
Managing up, out and across; the political-administrative interface; negotiation and coalition-building; integrity, ethics and courage; self-leadership, resilience and judgement - and finalising your plan.

Award & Pass Criteria
Score 50%+ overall and attend 3 of 4 core sessions to earn the RSBT–CPD Professional Certification. High-distinction recipients (80%+) are recommended for advanced standing into RSBT's Executive Diploma pathways in public leadership.
