Two six-hour sessions across one weekend, each half masterclass and half applied clinic — building one continuous piece of work: a risk-and-resilience plan for a threat your organisation actually faces. An optional third session runs a live crisis simulation.

Pre-Session Preparation
A crisis case, a short briefing & a risk self-assessment arrive ahead of the weekend, framed by guiding questions.
Practitioner Masterclass
Risk and crisis-management practitioners teach the method, then show how it plays out in real incidents.
Applied Resilience Clinic
Half of every session is hands-on — you work a threat you actually face, with faculty and peer feedback.
Cohort Peer Review
Peers across roles and sectors stress-test each other’s risk maps, plans and crisis playbooks.
Assessment & Award
On the certification track, assessment is applied and cumulative — every component builds toward the same real threat, so nothing is busywork. The masterclass track is non-assessed and earns a certificate of completion.
On the certification track, score 50%+ overall and attend both core sessions to earn the RSBT–CPD Professional Certification. High-distinction recipients (80%+) are recommended for advanced standing into RSBT’s Executive Diploma pathways in leadership and strategy.
