Two six-hour sessions across one weekend, each half masterclass and half applied clinic — building one continuous piece of work: a reinvented business model and growth plan for your own organisation. An optional third session builds the innovation operating system to sustain it.

An innovation case, a short briefing & a business-model self-assessment arrive ahead of the weekend, framed by guiding questions.
Practitioner Masterclass
Innovation strategists and founders teach the method, then show how it plays out in real reinventions.
Applied Innovation Clinic
Half of every session is hands-on — you work your own organisation’s model & growth, with faculty and peer feedback.
Cohort Peer Review
Peers across roles and sectors stress-test each other’s models, experiments and growth plans.
Assessment & Award
On the certification track, assessment is applied and cumulative — every component builds toward the same reinvention-and-growth plan, so nothing is busywork. The masterclass track is non-assessed and earns a certificate of completion.
On the certification track, score 50%+ overall and attend both core sessions to earn the RSBT–CPD Professional Certification. High-distinction recipients (80%+) are recommended for advanced standing into RSBT’s Executive Diploma pathways in leadership and strategy.
