The RSBT Honorary Doctor of Business Administration is conferred upon distinguished individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and contribution to business, technology, public service, or social enterprise.

Unlike the professional DBA research route, the Honorary DBA recognises lifetime achievement and impact rather than completion of a taught doctoral programme or thesis.

The award honours individuals whose careers exemplify the values of RSBT — ethical leadership, global perspective, innovation, and commitment to advancing business and technology for societal benefit.

Nomination and Conferral

Honorary DBA awards are made by nomination through the RSBT Academic Board and Executive Leadership. Nominations are reviewed against criteria of impact, integrity, and alignment with institutional values.
