Two six-hour sessions across one weekend, each half masterclass and half applied clinic — building one continuous piece of work: an ESG and sustainability action plan for your own organisation. An optional third session turns it into a costed roadmap and board case.

Pre-Session Preparation
An ESG case, a short briefing & a maturity self-assessment arrive ahead of the weekend, framed by guiding questions.
Practitioner Masterclass
Sustainability strategists and ESG-reporting practitioners teach the method, then show how it plays out in real disclosures.
Applied ESG Clinic
Half of every session is hands-on — you work your own organisation’s ESG agenda, with faculty and peer feedback.
Cohort Peer Review
Peers across roles and sectors stress-test each other’s materiality, metrics and action plans.
Assessment & Award
On the certification track, assessment is applied and cumulative — every component builds toward the same ESG action plan, so nothing is busywork. The masterclass track is non-assessed and earns a certificate of completion.
On the certification track, score 50%+ overall and attend both core sessions to earn the RSBT–CPD Professional Certification. High-distinction recipients (80%+) are recommended for advanced standing into RSBT’s Executive Diploma pathways in leadership and strategy.
