Programme Sessions
Two six-hour sessions across one weekend, each half masterclass and half applied clinic — building one continuous piece of work: an enterprise change plan for a transformation you are leading. An optional third session turns it into an agile adoption roadmap.

Applied Clinics, Not Lectures
Pre-Session Preparation
A transformation case, a short briefing & a change-readiness self-assessment arrive ahead of the weekend, framed by guiding questions.
Practitioner Masterclass
Transformation and agile-change leaders teach the method, then show how it plays out in real programmes.
Applied Change Clinic
Half of every session is hands-on — you work a transformation you are leading, with faculty and peer feedback.
Cohort Peer Review
Peers across roles and sectors stress-test each other’s change vision, adoption plans and roadmaps.
Assessment & Award
On the certification track, assessment is applied and cumulative — every component builds toward the same enterprise change plan, so nothing is busywork. The masterclass track is non-assessed and earns a certificate of completion.
On the certification track, score 50%+ overall and attend both core sessions to earn the RSBT–CPD Professional Certification. High-distinction recipients (80%+) are recommended for advanced standing into RSBT’s Executive Diploma pathways in leadership and strategy.
