Four four-hour sessions across two weekends - each closing in a policy clinic that builds a decision-ready brief on a live national priority.

The policy cycle and the role of evidence; defining and framing the policy problem; root-cause analysis; data, stakeholders and the politics of the agenda.

02 4 hrs

Policy Design & Options Appraisal

Generating policy options and instruments; cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis; regulatory-impact assessment; weighing trade-offs and feasibility.
